I bank with Capitec Bank. On the 11 January 2014 my money was deducted from account by unknown person. Amount of R4, 290..I went to the bank to ask them to reverse the money and they told me that they will investigate. I went to the police to lay a charge of and case was opened case number 186.Capitec told me that they are still investigating and till today I haven't hear from them. I asked for my statement and it shows that mobile ussd was the culprit but the bank they didn't give me a satisfaction answer on how is it possible that unkown can deduct money from my account without my pin, card... I'm a security and I have a child to take care. This is a pain to me.
