I have been a standard bank client for years but yet as a loyal client they never willing to assist when I need there help I needed finance for a car they declined me FNB, Ned bank and ABSA approved me. Now I I am looking for my first house they not willing to help me once again I was approved by other bank and not my own bank. I am a yong man with a good income just upgraded to prestige banking if this is the way they treat clients then I am better off switching to a bank that wants me as a client.
