My appointment was actually for 3 pm, I got a call from Alan to see if I wanted to come in earlier, he was friendly and gave me directions. The service was excellent, gave us coffee and told us where to sit while he did the assessment. Alan and Josephine were very accommodating, efficient and quick. I am a 3rd party client.
