UNABLE TO FIND OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING ON MY POLICY

Good day, In December I emailed Hollard to get more information on my policy. I sent a few emails and never had a response. Today when I phoned, I select option 4 as one should. A girl with the name of Munchee answers the phone. I give her my policy number and all the details, she then tells me she cannot help me, she will put me through to the correct department. She then puts me through and she answers the phone again, When I tell her that I am still the same customer looking for help. She goes quiet and does not say a thing. Kept me holding for a while and I then put the phone down. I just need someone to help me with regards to my policy. How difficult can that be?
