Amazing service resolution within a day

I notice a crazy increase in my Clicks car insurance premium for December. It went up by 70% . When i called the Clicks call centre they adviced that Regent (Clicks Insurance is underwritten by Regent) had undergone a "re-rate" due to the high influx of claims received and therefore my premium increased. I asked to speak to the manager as this was crazy and no mention made of a re rate in my policy. She had escalated the query and then within 1 hour the agent who signed me up called me back (Byron). He did a review and found that my premium had in fact decreased instead of increased.

The additional charge was taken off the next months premium. I am amazed at the quick and efficient service received. Well done! Its so hard to find good customer service these days :)
