I submitted my claim on 09 Jan 2013. I have called Alexander Forbes twice to find out about the progress of the claim. When I called the consultants tell me they're waiting for the last contribution to be made. I stopped contributing on February 2012 and asked Alexander Forbes to transfer my money to another provident fund institution, which they hadn't done. When I ask them to check when the last contribution was made, they tell me they can't I just have to wait...
