No reaction to our claim

Just before Christmas we reported the damage to ceilings in different rooms due to a leaking roof to Absa home insurance and received a claim nr 2508834. Since then their phone keeps on ringing and you are requested to be patient 'our next available consultant will answer your call'. Well after a long wait you are asked to leave a message and you will be phoned back. After more frustrating attempts on January 16 th Mr. Lucas showed up to investigate the damage. He did an excellent job. His report has been forwarded to Absa on January 20 and since then nor Mr. Lucas office nor myself are able to get hold of Absa. At this moment it is raining again and the water drips into the buckets that are placed around be... I am afraid that the whole ceiling comes down because the spot because bigger and bigger.

Peter please help. My husband always took care of everything but since he suffered a stroke I have to sort it out. In 26 years we only claimed a few broken windows and a geyser burst.
