I extend my compliments to Maitumelo for providing me with an offer I could not refuse. I was in the process of cancelling my policy with Miway, as a result of receiving a lower quote from another insurance company, but Maitumelo gave me a great offer. I now remain with Miway for the 4th consecutive year.
She was very professional and thorough. Also the first time in my membership with Miway (since 2010) that I see my actual address on the policy schedule. Due to some reason the Suburb Equestria was not visible on the Miway System.
