I have applied for a Homeloan with FNB in 2010 which was suppose to be cancelled, a week back I applied for a Personal loan which was declined due to the fact that the Homeloan still reflects on my name which I am not paying anything on, I have contacted FNB on 30/01/2014 on the following numbers 087 730 1144 and 078 730 1155 but the 2 consultants I spoke to advised me that they can't pick up anything with my ID number. I used to also work for Homeloans and the reason why it refelcting on Buro is coz it was never cancelled... FNB can you please cancel the Homeloan on your side.
This is unacceptable as I cannot apply for anything now as it will decline.
