Disgusted, Cannot believe that Nedbank has no concern from a humanitarian perspective.
Shocked and Disgusted.
I have 2 accounts, One Savvy and one Savings. Loan account debit order has to be deducted from my Savvy Account. I had no funds in my Savvy Account due to no commission earned as well as Nedbank allowing me to overdraw (I do not have this facility . was declined) 3000.00 in December on my Savvy account. They went WITHOUT my permission and deducted it from my Savings account. All the money in the account. How am I to survive this month. Balance is 0.00
Nobody had the decency to call to make an arrangement. I will not leave it this way.
DISGUSTED and SHOCKED at how Nedbank treats their clients.
