My husband Mr S Govender has been retrenched from work (July 2013) and has not been employed since, we made an arrangement with SAHomeloans to pay an amount of r4000 p/month, which we have been able to meet until 2 months ago, we were advised by SAhomeloans to sell the property or they will repossess it, We have since sold the property and signed all the paperwork which is now at the lawyers, SAHomeloans has been informed of the sale and termination of the bond. However, we are still being harassed by Shabnum who is still threatening to repossess the house and issue a judgment against Mr Govender. I advise you to go back on the recordings of communication between yourself and my husband. A sale of a house doesnt happen overnight, we are not running away from owing you money, you are threatening and harassing for money we do not have! Is there anyway anyone at SAHomeloans can have some sense? We have sold our house, we have nothing. When the money for the salecomes through, you are going to take what is owed to you. Why behave so heartless??? This is the way you threat someone who has been your client for so many years. You kick people while they laying down. DISGRACEFUL!!!
