WORST SERVICE

On having been hit by another vehicle I had to contact discovery to have my car fixed, phoning repeatedly to make sure it was happening was still tolerable- on contacting their panel beaters selected by them they confirmed not receiving any authorization from DISCOVERY Turns out after using these panel beaters for years they sent it to the wrong email address which I had to then forward to the panel beaters (why have staff) the panel beaters selected said in a month they can assist me - I immediately asked DISCOVERY to change the panel beaters as I did not think to wait a month was right - on confirming they would I once again phoned them to be advised nothing had been done at all with regards to my request and asking for the manager he was in a meeting all day (how convenient) a day and night later he must still be in his meeting as he has not phoned me yet... Tick tick who cares but let us not pay our fees you will be cut off instantaneously - why does discovery hire people who don't actually care what service they provide! Let's hope DISCOVERY'S Amazing staff manage to reclaim my excess from the guy that hit me
