I took out an Retirement Annuity with Liberty Life 0n 05 Apr 2001, since then I have invested about R57000 and is the current value today R63346... this is probably 4% growth if that...
I have hardly seen my Liberty Life consultant, he has not advised met all into which funds the money should or could have been moved..it has been left in the same non performing funds for the past 6 years...
Surely this is wrong Liberty, is this what service is about, is this what return on investment is about for Liberty clients?
Shocking to the say the least and then your broker takes his commission once a year or whenever it happens, without servicing my portfolio??
I think Liberty is in debt to me for for not investing my money properly..
