Terrible service from Nedback personal loans

In dec i arranged that my banking details be updated which to my knowledge was done without hassle and successfully so. however on 25th Jan Nedbank debited my account and not the updated account and now i cant get my reimbursement out of them which i was informed by a collections agent will be today.then i try to speak with team leader or even floor manager since early afternoon to be told no management is available on the floor as they are in meetings. this is the response i got all day and my query has still not been assisted with.a day has passed and i still dont have my money back in my account, nobody from collections bothered to call me back and the excuse is they cannot reimburse me because they require a 3mnth bank statement of the new bank account which doesnt make sense as the agent informed me they will reimbuse the money into my account which they already have.i have also incurred bank charges as my other debit orders didnt go off because nedbank took the money out of my account.icannot understand how a huge company like this cannot have any management on their floor to deal with unique queries like mine.i logged calls with complaints department and no luck their eithe
