African Bank continually take my premiums off my bank before my salary is paid in. Have contacted them and they said it was an error and wont happen again... but it still is. Bank is angry with ME and I sit with the FEE for returned debit orders. December I got an sms saying they will collect on the 13th, I called told them my salary wont be in and they still took it off, NOW this month again off it goes 24th bank bounces it and they resubmit the 25th, who gets zapped with bank charges, and angry bank? ME. I have had enough. They have my salary slip stating pay date so who gives them the right to do as they please. Who do I report this to? The next step is the Ombadsman. I have had MORE than enough.
