STATEMENTS THAT DO NOT REFLECT THE CORRECT BALANCE

I want ABSA to EMAIL the correct balance owing on this credit card as per my records I owe them 500 odd Rand still.

The balancing owing as at 29/8/134 as per the statement I received reflected an amount of R3780.40, and since I've been paying off R580.00 per month on this credit card, the balance as at end of February should reflect plus/minus R500.00.

Yet the their billing is reflected like this :

29/8 - R3780.40
29/9 - R4587.80
30/9 - R4557.77

And now I owe R4700 to ABSA suddenly? I asked ABSA to change my payment date, which they refused to do and initially I asked the Bank Teller at their branch in Horizon to put a large amount for car repairs done in 2012 on budget - which they failed to do. Now they are sending me bogus statements to boot.

Can ABSA get anything right??? I want to know the final balance owing on this credit card so I can unload ABSA and never have to deal with them EVER AGAIN. I have a credit card through another bank who are more civil which I can use. After all, why use a bank that is rigid, and doesn't give a???

I want that amount EMAILED to me - I don't want to hear any of your pathetic apologies - just do it.
