I phoned your call centre and spoke to a Shamila. I requested the process regarding getting my interest rate reviewed on my home loan as I was told at the time I took the home loan that this could be done after you have "built up your record" with Nedbank. I was told that in no case does Nedbank ever review interest rates on home loans. When I asked her that if the only way to get a better interest rate was to move banks, she replied "yes". I asked her if Nedbank was prepared to lose my business and her reply was "if it came to that". Will Nedbank review my interest rate or are prospective clients misinformed on purpose until they become clients.
