I requested that my R Annuity Fund maturity date be changed to the 15Jan13-Sanlam sent me a quotation dd 15Jan13 that I accepted and sent back on the 16Jan13- phone in on the 1st of Feb 13 and ask how far is my application. The lady told me that it has been draft, and will be submitted on the 4 of Feb 13 to SARS amount is less than R 75 000 that will be paid to me. Not an hour later I received a call from my broker stating that the amount payable to me is now more than R 75000 and I need to make different choices i need to take option 3 - Pay out R 25062 and montly income of R 335 pm. I than sent back to Sanlam stating that I need the funds and need to only pay out one policy - Sanlam came back to me and says no there is not 2 policies only one (01297322X9 and 043523384X5) surely if i have 2 policy numbers it cannot be one policy. I respective I sent and email on the 4th of Feb 13 that Sanlam need to call me NO CALL - Today is the 6 of Feb 13. I re-looked at the 2 quotes - on the second quate they left out the - BYDRAES UITSTAANDE - of R 314.70 that makes the pay out now R 75 186-23 (Just over the R 75 000, than Sanlam only needs to pay out R 25062 R335pm-Than they save R 25 000
