Today I get a call from a call center agent - she was calling regarding my outstanding amount on my Woolworths account. I tried to explained to her that I have been sequestrated and she needs to call my Attorney and or Trustee. However she would not listen, she kept asking me to pay this outstanding balance. She clearly had no clue what sequestration meant. She refused to take down my attorney and trustee details instead she kept interrupting me and telling me I have to pay the outstanding balance. I told her I have a court order and I do not need to pay the amount outstanding she needs to contact me attorney and or trustee. I asked to speak to her manager, but she refused saying the manager is not available. The argument got heated and eventually she put the phone down in my ear without taking my attorney or trustee details. NDS you should teach your call centre agents the meaning of sequestration and insolvent estates and teach your pathetic call centre agents some manners!!! Disgusting! This lady had no clue how to do her job. Being rude and clueless will get her no where.
