In September 2013 I made arrangements of payment to my personal loan, I contacted Nedbank loan department and informed them of my difficulties in paying my loan as my wife is on unpaid maternity leave for 4 months, I had numerous calls from the Nedbank call centre, my history is well documented with them, subsequently Nedbank legal department has send me a letter of demand and also informed me that I have now been handed over to credit bereu.

why take time to make all this arrangements with the bank and still get handed over, mind you the arrangement was for me to pay R500 monthly which I have been doing.
