Harassed even though account is up to date

I am appalled at being harassed due to payment to African Bank. My account at African Bank is up to date and my debit order is for the 27th / 28th respectively due to my salary date being the 27th of each month. My salary reflected in my account last night by 8pm. Immediately after my phone sms to reflect that my salary has been deposited, my african bank account were taken off... I said ... "Can't they even wait 5 mins.." By today, I had now received 2 phone calls at work... one person even stating to our switchboard operator that I must call African Bank urgently... this AFTER I had already returned their 1st call... The entire office by now knew I had to call African Bank... I was so embarrassed that I now had to take the day off tomorrow as not to face my fellow colleagues. Then my mother who is a pensioner at a retirement home called me all upset that I must call African Bank urgently. My mother was in a state because she was not aware of this account! YET, the monies ARE DEDUCTED off my account, NOTHING was returned back... so why harass me? I will never recommend African Bank to anyone... I feel so humiliated! Compensation for my embarassment is in order!
