Booking not made & incorrect info

I'm a new Discovery Insure customer and called the DQ track call centre on 17 Jan 2014 to set up an appointment for the device installation. My initial call was cut off, before the booking was completed, so I called back right away. A booking was then confirmed for 6 Feb 2014, over the phone, and I was told I'd get a sms reminder closer to the date.

I've just called to see if I can amend the booking, only to be told that my booking does not exist and that I should wait until 5 March 2014 for another one. When I asked for my call records to be pulled up, I was told that there are no further call records after the call that was cut off.

It is completely unacceptable that this is the kind of service I can expect to receive from Discovery Insure. Further it is a horrendous violation of ethics (and possibly the law) to falsely state that calls are recorded for the "protection of the customer" and for those records to disappear.

I am not willing to wait a further month to have this contractually agreed service provided to me, while Discovery Insure takes my hard-earned money.

I was also told that the VitalityDrive inspection is done with the installation. I'm now told it's not.
