What disgusting service by Dial Direct! I had a third party claim against my policy which Dial Direct settled last year (2012) never the less. Weeks later I contacted the claims department to know if this had impacted on the cash back bonus and this "so called" consultant indicated that it had not impacted on my policy ONLY to found out in this month of January 2013 that the cash back bonus had been cancelled due to this third party claim. I had contacted the supervisor to find out what is going on and she told me there is nothing that she can do... without any apology.

1. is this the way they treat their clients even though i was mislead?
2. Makes me think how they train their consultants?
3. Lucky all conversations were recorded and documented on record.

It's time to change my insurance and would never recommend dial direct again!!!
