Outsurance
Said they settled, but now not paying out

So Outsurance was very accommodating and listened to my previous complaint and within a day told my husband and I that our claim is valid and will be paid out within 2 or 3 days... that was LAST WEEK TUESDAY... Calls and emails to no avail. The fact that the money is still not paid out means that even though they phoned me my problem is after a week still not resolved.
