The internet banking services from standard bank is pathetic. Since I opened our business bank account 4 years ago, this service has become worse and worse to the point where it was totally non-existing at a month end last year. Now we are having the same problems. NO IT IS NOT our internet, since I went into the local Standard Bank branch and they have the exact same problems. The branch staff are doing their utmost to assist and please customers and I have to compliment them BUT it does not help. At more than R18 per I-net transaction, one expects a decent service and NOT OCCASIONS OF GOOD SERVICE. I have left several complaints at the branch, also via internet directly to Standard Bank and: Do not even try to phone the "Help Desk" if you do not have a LOT of spare time and unlimited cellphone time. NO ONE gets back to the customer in terms of what is being done to fix the problem. Capitec here I come! I have now had more than what I can handle.
