Cellphone insurance claim still in process 50 days

My IPhone 4 was smashed in an accident. I went to the MTN store that I bought and signed up for insurance in Sandton City, only to be given a pink pen by a rude sales assistant and told to call the Finrite Insurers number on the pen for my insurance claim. I called the number on the pen, put on hold for 20 minutes before I spoke to a Simon Visser from Finrite who advised that in order for the claim to be processed I would have to pay an access fee of R1303, then fax or email proof of payment. I did as advised then called and emailed on the 18th of December 2012 to check if they received proof of payment, which she confirmed she did. I further sent an email requesting confirmation on when my phone would picked up for repairs but got no response. I waited until the 12th January 2013 called Finrite to establish what was causing the delay in picking up my phone for repairs but got no solid answer until I spoke to the supervisor George who promised to follow up on the matter. My phone was taken in for repairs with no loan phone from the 12th to the 23rd January 2012, which was then delivered in a worst off state. I sent it back to date I don't have a phone or response from Finrite.
