I submitted a claim for hail storm in November 2013 and up to today there has been no feedback from standard bank insurance. The status of my claim is apparently still open, but no communication is given to the "valued customer". Their call center is the worst, customers are kept holding for more than 35 minutes with no answer, the funny thing is that the voice recording says "please hold for 5 minutes to the next service consultant".
Standard Bank should pay more attention to customer service or loose customers to competitors.
