Cannot take a simple instruction!!

I am completely appalled by the service of MiWay. In August 2013 I took out a policy with MiWay. The consultants called me almost 4 times a day when they wanted my business. After a month, MiWay sends me a letter to increase my premiums excessively without me even agreeing to this, due to 'rand depreciation'!!

I tried to cancel my policy in December 2013. Nobody at MiWay would return my calls and they kept deducting premiums!! Then they would call me at odd hours of the day when I am at work, and when I request that they call me in half an hour... Obviously, you would never hear from them. I further, sent about 3 emails cancelling my policy... no response from MiWay!! This morning, to my utmost shock... I see a premium was deducted again!!! When I called MiWay, the consultants attitude was so bad... especially when I requested that I want my premium refunded!!! Why should I pay for MiWay's incompetence in taking an instruction!!! I am not paying for this!!! I want my money refunded and want nothing more to do with MiWay!!!
