On-Line Banking-10 weeks and still no action

The bookkeeper of our Church resigned and there has been nobody who can access the on-line banking..I sent documents through to the on-line banking centre to request changes to authorized users on 14 November and again on 10 Dec. The call centre were unable to assist and after a number of emails to the online banking centre I spoke to someone at the start of 2014. I was told that they still needed 1 document which was delivered to the our branch soon thereafter.

It would appear that the entire Standard Bank has disappeared as, despite emails to the person who contacted me as well as the admin email address of the on-line banking centre, I have heard nothing from anybody at Standard Bank since early January 2014.

MOVING FORWARD! What a joke! If there is any movement at all, it is certainly not forward. Nothing simple, better or faster either. Perhaps FNB will provide service, as there has been NOTHING from Standard Bank.
