Highly Disappointing Service Delivery

After dealing with a professional consultant for a year, he transferred my account to the claims department and that's when my headache started. My claim was received by AF on 07 Jan, and 2weeks later I'm told that its still not processed. After numerous calls, I still don't have a satisfactory answer about when will the claim be processed and the steps they take to process everything. Surely it doesn't take a whole 6weeks to pay out a claim?? I have claimed from them before and it took less than 4weeks. I've sent endless emails but I haven't received any feedback from them. I'm really irritated by the slow/lack of service delivery from AF... the "new" consultant I have been give is a useless, incompetent bimbo who had to be begged for a simple benefit/investment statement... I'd be fired from my job if clients have to resort to begging to get the info they are ENTITLED to! I really thought AF was above all companies when it comes to service delivery but after my unanswered DAILY enquiry emails, I'm beginning to realise that the standard of service has dropped tremedously - very disappointing!
I just want the EXACT date my provident fund will be paid, NOT the 4-6weeks stupid answer!
