Standard Bank
Std Bank UCount rewards tiering not accurate

I joined the UCount Reward program in September 2013. In December 2013 I was on Tier 4. In January I was downgraded to Tier 3. In December I settled my vehicle finance account. My homeloan account is now indicated as settled and I am indicated as a business according to Standard Bank IT and Standard Bank Head Office. Why do I owe the bank R1.6m and pay a monthly debit order of around R14k per month if I settled my bond?

Credit me for my bond acc. which has a debit balance of R1.6m and is registered in my name and elevate me to Tier 4. Backdate my rewards until the date you made this stupid mistake.

Otherwise make my bond paid up and give me my transfer documents as it is so idiotically stated by your inept IT department and your even more inept head office.
