Is this the way in which you opperate?

Last year I wrote a compliment to one of your call centre agents as she provided good service on a claim - I however should have waited untill my phone was fixed and in my possession before I did so. Received my phone but then it was totally broken, so after a few fights my MTN handset was replaced by you with a VODACOM handset. Did not realise this untill I now needed to have my phone repaired by the MTN repairs (keypad not functioning) and they refused as it is a Vodacom handset. Your call centre advises that I take the phone to VODACOM shop (your decision to give me a vodacom phone, not mine!!!), Went to Vodacom and they advised that I need to take it to a Vodacom customer repair centre and they might be able to assist me. Phoned your call centre and they agreed to have the phone collected for repairs. Now after a week you tell me that you cannot fix the phone as it is mechanical damage!!! What use is the insurance then??? I have spent my time and my money driving around trying to have the phone fixed. If you replace one handset you should surely replace it with a similar handset? Very very bad customer service indeed... PS been on hold for 26 min now waiting for superviso
