I phoned in at 12:33 ans spoke to Amanda requesting the outstanding amount on my credit card & loan. She kept me on hold for 5 minutes. I then phoned in at 12:39 and spoke to Lizzy, she wanted my cell number because apparently African Bank doesn't have it, that's a load of. African bank smses me everyday month. When I told her that she refused to speak. I have both of these calls on recording because it's always an issue when phoning African bank. Don't phone me because I will end up being very rude to whoever it is corresponding to complaints, just email my statement and ensure that disciplinary action is taken against Amanda and Lizzy.
