It is obvious that Standard does not give a about their clients, been a week since my last complaint and still no-one has contacted me, phoned prestige banking to find out what procedures to follow to terminate my account., they didn't even ask why, when I checked why they weren't interested to know why, I was told that it was my choice, thanks for nothing standard bank, no help when I needed you, I will be moving to another bank
