Debit order reversal

In December i skipped my personal loan installment. Then nedbank called me and I made an arrangement with them. The arrangement was this month i pay Jan instalment and half of Dec instalment. Meaning from my FNB account they were supposed to deduct R4589.11 and R2294.56.Instead they deducted R4589.11 twice. On sunday I went to Nedbank Easgate in JHB thinking may be inside the bank I will get help. But no the lady in the LOans department told me i have to call their call centre, she cant help.

This morning i called the call centre on 0860 103116 and spoke to Mashudu Musandiwa who couldnt help me. I told her i need my money reversed as some of my debit orders will not be paid because of thier mistake, She said they can only reverse it within 3 - 7 working days. Which is to me very unfair why must I suffer because of their mistake >I need that money as in yesterday for my debit orders. I asked her to give me her manager's number. She refused. She said He/she is busy i musst keep calling the call centre number may be I can be lucky and be transfered.

All I need is that money reversed now. And it's not the first incident they did this, they did it last year.
