On the 22nd November 2012 I submitted claim forms to Fairbaine Capital to claim for a policy that my deceased father had with them, I was advised there is no turn around time for this sort of thing but we are now heading toward 4 months and I find it had to believe it takes this long to pay out the claim as the estate needs to be wound up and there are creditors who are requesting their money and this becomes my problem as I am the executor of the estate. Please could someone at Old mutual contact me and tell me how much longer I need to wait as I think we have already waited long enough as a family.
