On the 13th i emailed 3 people from fnb there names are duncan morris, christel gomes, warren joseph for statements and about my cheque account that is still not closed since 2012 and its pilling up with service fees and what not they came back to me with the statements on the 16th but nothing till now about my account that is still not closed, in 2012 my cheque account with fnb was in the minus and i could not close it due to it was in the minus i went into the bank and pay an amount i think it was almost R600 so that i could close my account so my acc was positive and i signed a paper in the bank that they must close my acc that very same day and since then 2012 till now 2014 they still have not closed that acc and in that time the fees on that acc have been pilling up to plus minus R2700. I want this matter to be sorted out imediately.
