I took a temporary loan with FNB at the beginning of the month. Yesterday, money was deposited into my account, which I had intended to withdraw to pay for food and petrol next week. However, before the funds had even cleared, it had been allocated to the temporary loan. How is it possible to allocate uncleared funds? Secondly, I went to the local FNB branch today to see if the payment could be reversed, as I pretty much won't have food if I don't get the money. I did not even get to see a consultant - when I explained the issue the doorlady simply instructed me that they could not assist. "How can we help you"? I think not.
