I recieved an sms saying my credit limit is now x amount. without warning no phonecall just a silly sms
i was saving that credit for my kids birthday party, which is now not possible thanks to virgin money
just spoiled a 3yr olds expectations. i always keep my account in credit, paying way over and above the minum installments and this is how we get treated for being in good books. well all i can say is that if my original credit limit cannot be resinstated then what virgin money is saying indirectly is that we do not need your bsiness and you can close your account because we have plenty other customers. choice is yours!!!
