I placed an order on Greenbacks website for flowers. Herewith the chain of events:
1. Website has no place to put a personal message on your order to be delivered
2. After specifying both billing and delivery addresses, this got mixed up completely
3. After correcting the above, the name of recipient of flowers was scrapped from the delivery address
4. Flowers never reached the recipient, as details were sent through incorrectly to NetFlorist from Nedbank as per point 3 above
5. Upon calling Nedbank Customer Care Line, no insight was gained as to the status of my order, only when I phoned NetFlorist was I informed that it was never delivered. According to Nedbank, these flowers were delivered
6. Status of order on Greenbacks website remained Order received processing and no feedback was given to me at all
7. Netflorist committed to correcting the Recipient's name and address and re-delivering these flowers
8. This is the worst online experienced I've ever had, had I not phoned to find out what the status of my order was, it would probably not have been rectified at all.
9. Please upgrade your Greenback website and implement business processes to improve customer experience
