On 30 November 2013 ms vosloo insured at outsurance allegedly swerved out for a dog what I did not see and hit my vehicle on my right rear and wrote off her vehicle in the process while she was under the influence and traveling well over the speed limmit as I felt sorry for her I did not ad that part to my statement of her being under the infuence. Today ms Monique Wright a legal advisor for outsurance contacted me regarding the claim and informed me that they would not be paying out the claim as their client is not legally liable for the accident due to the sudden emergency she was placed in. NOW I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES TO MY VEHICLE IF I DIDNT SWERVED OUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A HEAD ON COLLISION AN WOULD PROBABLY GOT THE SAME RESPONSE FROM OUTSURANCE
And I was considering moving to outsurance but after this I will reconsider.
