I work for Mizrachi Organisation of South Africa. In 2013, we have had 4 separate instances of on our business cards. It has taken Standard Bank so long to sort out and they don't come back to the customer.
We also have money in a call account. We tried to transfer this to one of our current accounts. When we transferred the money, it said that the funds are insufficient. We have queried the problem with our relationship banker Shannon Naick and Thavs Chetty since the beginning of December but they have not responded.
The service at Standard Bank is terrible and we are looking to move our account elsewhere
