My wife and I have just bought our first house. when we made the offer to purchase there was already another couple who had also made a similar offer so there was a big rush for us to get our bond approved so that we would be able to secure the house. We met with Sandra who gave us great advice in terms of obtaining the loan and really did go that extra mile in order to secure the loan for us and ensure that this was done as fast as possible.
