How long must i still wait

On 01 December 2013 i was involved in a motor vehicle accident where a gentleman rode into the back of my vehicle. I was told to submit certain documents for them to investigate the claim which i duly did. Since the accident i have received 2 emails that my file is being attended to. I have subsequently done numerous follow up emails and calls both to the office in East London and to the call centre with the details only to be told each time that my claim is being attended to. I informed the company branch in East London that i needed my vehicle repaired before i left on holiday on 24 December 2013. This did not happen so i postphoned my holiday and only left on 02 January 2014 and still have no vehicle being repaired. The central locking system is damaged so my vehicle is at risk of being and the boot does not close due to the impact. Today i called the Customer Care line and was passed to three different people each promising to call me back but to no avail. When i spoke to the manager he said that he could not do anything for me other than explain the procedure and that the delay was due to the Festive Season Holidays. How long do i still have to wait???
