Last month I transferred money from my Platinum Credit Card to my mortgage account. Yesterday I tried to transfer a portion back to my credit card but the system did not allow me to do it.
I phoned FNB who informed me that this was not possible because my credit card was not setup as a nominated account, and that the only account I could use to transfer money from my mortgage account is my cheque account (which FNB closed without letting me know!)
My credit card and mortgage account is linked and I'm able to transfer money from credit but not from mortgage? How does this make sense? I need the money now, I cannot wait another 5days for this to be fixed!
