I have a personal loan with you guys and my account was debited twice from my FNB account. I get paid on the 25th but you guys debited my account on the 22nd Nov and again on the 25th. Not only do u debit twice, you went into my account 3 days before the agreed date. My account is in arrears but no arrangement was made for the debit order to go off twice. I made arrangements with them to take an extra amount every month. When I went to FNB to have the one amount reversed they told me to go to Nedbank to get a letter giving them permission to reverse the amount. I went to Nedbank Fourways Mall and the lady that deals with loans wasn't helpful at all. She told me to go call them myself. I called your collections department and they told me they couldn't do anything. I don't understand how you just decide to debit twice without letting me know. How im I suppose to get through the month? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
