I AM SO TIRED OF BEGGING AND PLEADING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME HERE.
IT HAS ALMOST BEEN A MONTH AND THE ISSUE HAS STILL NOT BEEN ADDRESSED NOR ANYONE GETTING BACK TO ME.
LAST CALL I RECEIVED, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE CREDIT DEPARTMENT AND THAT IS THE LAST - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU GUYS!!!
FNB HAD A SYSTEM GLITCH WHICH MADE ALL FNB LOANS "BOUNCE" IT WAS NOTED BY FNB AND WAS TOLD IT WAS THEIR ERROR ON ALL ACCOUNTS AS THERE WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY FOR IT TO GO OFF, BUT AS I SAY, IT WAS AN FNB ERROR.
FOR THIS, I AM BEING PUNISHED!!! ON MY REVOLVING LOAN ACCOUNT, IT STILL SHOWS THE RETURN AND THIS HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN AWAY!!! OTHER FAMILY AND FIRNEDS THAT HAD THIS MESS UP TO, GOT IT CORRECTED, DOESNT SEEM YOU WANT TO HELP A PREMIUM CLIENT!!! DISGUSTING!!!
I WANT THIS ERROR FIXED AND TAKEN OFF!! WITH THIS, I RECEIVED NO OVER DRAFT REBATE CAUSE OF YOUR MESS UP - YOU HAVE TAKEN WHAT DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU!!!
