Lost foreign exchange - resolved

This refers to a complaint I made in May 2013 regarding funds that were substantially decreased due to a delay in foreign exchange transfer.
I'm pleased to report that Capitec Bank has refunded the amount lost, even though it took 6 months and many phone calls and emails.
Well done Capitec and Mr Zenande Tabata.
