Billing and accounts and very bad attitude

I am Mrs Elsabe' Finch. I have been banking with FNB for more than 22 years. I have a bond with them, I have a credit card with them and a checking account and a money market account. I have a R50000-00 rand overdraft which I have never used. Our business account is with FNB our other bond is also with FNB. All my husbands account is with FNB and all our hire purchases are with FNB. I have recently had a back operation and still paid my credit card VIA EFT every month. I normally pay more than I should into my card. Your card division lady phoned me today with an absolutly stinking attitude to tell me that my payment is 5 days over due and they deducted the money from my account. The attitude concerning R900-00 has made me decide to withdraw all my funds and move all my bonds to any other bank that would like my money. I am expecting R70000-00 plus at the end of February which will most certainly not go into FNB. I am extremely angry and she never even gave me a chance to explain. Infact in December I made a doulbe payment of R3000-00 into my account. You should get rid of people like this, they will cause you a huge loss in bussiness. I most certainly will be moving my accounts.
