Cancellation of policy

I called in on the 30th of October and requested that my insurance policy be cancelled with immediate effect.
To date I have not recieved any response from First for Woman and Im growing increasely irritated.

Instead everyone that I spoke to is just ducking and diving. I want to cancel with immediate effect and Im not interested in speaking to a retentions consultant.
